Here is how to troubleshoot the issue:

Run PING on Mikrotik

  • Click Tools then Ping vpn-1-uk-lon-1.tabanawireless.com or vpn-1-uk-lon-1.tabanawireless.co.ke
    • If the above domains are not resolving, ping 8.8.8.8, if you get a response - check your DNS
    • If you do not get any response on pinging 8.8.8.8 check your internet connection
      Some load balancing techniques do not play well with VPN.
